Dolores L. Clair, 90, of Penn Township, died on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. She started each day with Psalm 118:24 "This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it". Dolores, known by Delo, was born on July 23, 1931 in Penn Township, and was a daughter of the late Kathryn (Weightman) and Charles "Charlie" Dietrich. She was a faithful member of Penn-Zion Lutheran Parish, where she was involved with Lutheran Christian Women. She was also a member of Penn Township Senior Citizens and had worked for many years at Jeannette Glass. In addition to her parents, Delo was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald R. Clair; a son, Daryl R. Clair; and a brother, Charles Dietrich. She is survived by a daughter, Donita L. (Jack) Sanders; son, Douglas R. Clair; several grandchildren, Jerilyn (Nick) Osborn, Daniel (Rachel) Clair, Brittany (Justin) Sveizkas, Brady (Danielle) Sanders, Chad (Lauren) Clair, Courtney Clair (Zak Besser), and Hannah Guyon; three great-grandchildren, Wyatt Clair, Layne Osborn, and Everett Sanders; two brothers, Kenneth (Sharon) and Kerry Dietrich; and several nieces, nephews, and sisters-in-law. Friends will be received from 1-5 PM Sunday, May 22 at Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc., 3343 Route 130, Harrison City, 724-744-2721. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 23 at 11:00 AM in Penn-Zion Lutheran Church, 3417 Route 130, Harrison City. Interment will follow in Brush Creek Cemetery. Delo's family would like to thank the staff of William Penn Personal Care & Senior Suites and her special aide Shawn, Dr. Kevin Wong, Three Rivers Hospice, and her "bestest" friend Jean Heasley, for the wonderful care and companionship that she received.
