George Lynn McKee

George Lynn McKee, age 85, of Plum, PA, passed peacefully on Saturday, September 30, 2023. Beloved husband of 60 years to Joan McKee; loving father of Terri (Lou) LeDonne and Audra (Gary) Ratkiewicz; cherished grandfather of Danielle LeDonne, Jessica Ratkiewicz, Cassidy LeDonne, Caylie Ratkiewicz, and Justin LeDonne; he is also survived by his brother-in-law, Charles Inks, and sister-in-law, Margie (John) McQueen. Preceded in death by his parents, Roy McKee and Albertean McKee. George was honored to play the piano in the United States Army, and also played professionally for years. He rose through the ranks at Erie Insurance where he became the first Branch Manager of the Murrysville office. He loved golf, bowling, and teaching himself to be a computer specialist. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, October 5, 2023, from 6 pm - 8 pm at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC.
