Thomas J. O'Neill, Jr.

Thomas J. O'Neill, Jr., age 87, of Monroeville, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Monday, August 15, 2022. Born on September 24, 1934, he was the son of the late Thomas and Marie (Miller) O'Neill and is the beloved husband of 67 years to Alice (Staab) O'Neill. He is survived by his children, Michael (Cindy) O'Neill and Timothy (Becky) O'Neill; grandchildren, Thomas IV (Roxanne), Amanda, Rachel (Jeff), Christopher, Jonathan, Dakota and Stephen; and great-grandchild, Landon. In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his son, Thomas O'Neill III; and grandson, Joshua. Thomas enjoyed going to Canada for fishing with his family and loved trips to the Casino, but above all he loved spending time with his family. Friends will be received from 2 - 4 & 6 - 8 PM Thursday at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM Friday at Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish at St. Bernadette Church. Burial will follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery.
